A new restaurant is coming to the space on Sixth Avenue that once housed the Limelight nightclub. Restaurateur Stratis Morfogen along with Robert Collins (formerly of Lure Fishbar) and Richie Romero will open Jue Lan Club in November. The restaurant will include 275 seats on two floors along with a garden. The restaurant was named for a Chinese art society of the 1930s. Chef Oscar Toro, formerly the executive sous-chef at Buddakan, was appointed executive chef of the restaurant. The restaurant will include historical Limelight features, including a Peter Gatien room, named after the former owner. --Heather Stein
