BANK THEIF

A man in a brown plaid jacket is suspected of robbing an HSBC bank on Third Avenue and East 68th Street. Police said that on Oct. 8 at 3 p.m., the man, described as short and heavyset, passed a note to an employee asking for money. The suspect fled the bank with an undetermined amount of cash.
