By Naomi Cohen The NYPD reported Monday that a woman, 56, was raped and thrown off of the Pier 15 park railing after meeting a fellow Occupy Wall Street protester, 44, for this weekend's anniversary festivities. She was found without pants or underwear, with a broken pelvis and right arm. The woman recognized the suspect, Jackie Barcliff, from several OWS protests they had both attended. The two met for drinks at the East River Waterfront Esplanade, and the woman passed out before waking up 20 feet below.  Barcliff was arrested in December for resisting arrest and assault in front of Liberty Plaza. Last November, another man was arrested for two sexual assault charges in Zuccotti Park. OWS representatives said then that it was an isolated event and that working groups were ensuring that the park remain a safe space. The NYPD is still searching for Barcliff, M/B/44, and is asking anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS, submit tips at [www.nypdcrimestoppers.com](http://www.nypdcrimestoppers.com/), or text tips to 274637 (CRIMES) by entering TIP577. All calls are confidential.
