Witnesses sitting there today told me that Greg Smith had the huge tractor trailer sitting in the lane closest to the curb which was and is ILLEGAL! His huge tractor trailer should’ve been in the trucker’s lane near the middle of the street for exactly the reason why Jessie was killed: Greg Smith is guilty of vehicular homicide! And should be charged as much.
