A report by real estate broker Citi Habitats reveals that [Manhattans Soho and TriBeCa neighborhoods were the most ][expensive] places to rent a studio apartment in 2006more expensive than even the West Village. The average rent for studios in the area shot up 21 percent to $2,228. Soho and TriBeCa are also the areas with the tightest real estate markets, with only .46 percent available to rent. So if you like shopping, eating and, well shopping, move to Sohoor hey, why not Newbury St. (that's in Boston for those you who don't know)?
