A man’s jacket was stolen off his back during a Nov. 20 robbery that occurred at 3:20 p.m. Police said that the thief approached the victim on West 103rd Street between Amsterdam Avenue and Broadway. William Acevedo was arrested on Nov. 20 for attempting to steal $617.53 in cosmetics from the Duane Reade at 976 Amsterdam Ave., between West 108th and 109th streets.
