A 22-year-old Brooklyn man reported that a carry-on suitcase full of expensive cosmetics was stolen from his car. The car—which had a customized license plate that read “SMACKTHT”—was parked in front of 303 W. 66th St. and West End Avenue. Bellini Burglarized

A former employee at Bellini, a restaurant at 483 Columbus Ave. near West 83rd Street, was arrested for breaking into the premises. Police said that Feb. 28 at 12:30 a.m., Victor Gutirrez-Velazquez, who had been fired five weeks earlier, was arrested after witnesses spotted him in the kitchen. Caught Red-Handed

A man was arrested Feb. 27 at 3:30 p.m. after he was spotted breaking into a seventh-floor apartment through the window.
