We're Off On The Road To The Library...

Tomorrow, Congress will move to honor one of America's greatest performers of all time, and that honor will sit right here in New York City.
Congress will consider a bill tomorrow that will rename the Ellis Island Library on the third floor of the Ellis Island Museum as the "Bob Hope Memorial Library." The chief sponsor of the bill is Rep. Eliot Engel (D-Bronx/Westchester/Rockland).
Hope is one of the best examples of the immigrant success story, having emigrated to America from England in 1907 and worked to become an American entertainment institution, from films and TV to his work with the USO.
Who could be against this? Hope's official site is [here].
