Wal-Mart Gives Up On NYC?

After a few years of trying to crack the five boroughs, Wal-Mart has [reportedly decided to give up] their chase for retail superiority in New York City. Quote:

Chairman Lee Scott told The New York Times that doing business in New York was expensive and exasperating, adding, "I don't think it's worth the effort."
