VALENTINE’S JACKET THIEF

An 18-year-old man reported that his apartment was burglarized on Feb. 14. The victim told police that at around 11 p.m. that night, he left his West 101st Street home, near Broadway, to go to the store. When he returned 20 minutes later,he noticed damage to his door locks. The victim reported that his $175 purple 8-ball jacket was stolen.
