It seemed to have quiet a lot of signatures on it, from people in the neighborhood. I told him I was happy to sign and was in a rush as it was dinner time. He then informed me that I could only sign if I gave a donation, I was willing to give a $1 but he wanted at least $6.80 or something like that. Bottom line without a donation he was not interested in my signature. The whole thing sounded a bit off to me. Was wondering if anyone else had come across this. I realize after I should have take a name for the organization or something but was busy at the time.
