The New York Post reports that [Donald Trump is none too pleased with the city agencys plans to build a 150-foot tall garage] that will house 106 garbage trucks on a site roughly bounded by Spring Street, Washington Street and West Street, located only a few blocks from where Trumps latest exploit, the Trump SoHo Hotel Condominium, will be located at 246 Spring St.
Trump says, "I don't like the trucks, the fumes, the traffic from the standpoint of the community." Riiight, it doesnt have anything to do with making the site of his future cash-cow less appealing to prospective residents who might not shell out quite as much dough for a home that cant quite be described as paradise when the incessant beeping of trucks in reverse and the invasive scent of trash are featured on the listing.
