Thievery Thwarted Part Two

Possibly the same thief tried to steal another woman's cell phone the same evening. At 7:24 PM on Tuesday, July 23, a 60-year-old woman was walking on East 93rd Street texting on her phone when an unknown 20-year-old woman with long brown hair grabbed the older woman's hands and pulled at her black iPhone 4S. The would-be cell snatcher was unable to take the older woman's phone and fled toward Third Avenue on East 93rd Street.
