Texting Terror

In the evening of Tuesday, April 16, a 21-year-old woman was walking along William Street texting on her iPhone, when a man ran up from behind and tried to snatch the phone from her hands. He failed in his attempt, screamed out an expletive, and fled northbound on William Street. Police conducted a canvass of the area, and the victim was able to identify the suspect. A 15-year-old boy was arrested. The victim's iPhone 4S is valued at $599.
