At 8 a.m. on Saturday, May 4, a 26-year-old man parked his motorcycle on River Terrace. When he returned May 10 at 6:30 p.m., his cycle was gone. The victim has no outstanding tickets and was not parked on the sidewalk, next to a fire hydrant, in a crosswalk, or blocking a driveway. Police conducted a canvass of the area but were unable to locate his motorcycle. The cycle was a black 2006 Honda CBR 1000RR with Maryland plates, valued at $12,000.
