    two teens, ages 17 and 16, were arrested after mugging a man who was walking home after getting out of a taxi. on april 10 at 2:25 a.m., one of the teens approached the man, who was walking on west 73rd street between central park west and columbus avenue. one teen asked the victim for the time, while another teen punched the victim in the face and pushed him against a parked car. cops said the young mugger took an iphone out of the victim's pants. the two fled on foot into central park. police canvassed the area and the man positively identified his attackers. they were arrested and charged with robbery. the daily news reported that the teens, 17-year-old joshua roman and 16-year-old kaseem garden-both of the frederick douglass houses-had no weapons on them.
