Witnesses at the store told police a man walked in June 3 at 10:20 a.m. and grabbed three stacks of T-shirts. He ran out the front door heading west on West 70th Street. Each stack of 15 shirts was worth $743 each, with the total haul valued at $2,229.

Port Authority issued a police report in the beginning of the month of a young woman who jumped off of the George Washington Bridge into the Hudson.

The Harbor Unit pulled the unidentified body from the water at 8:08 a.m., according to the news website DNAinfo. Police now believe the woman was under 20, slightly younger than first reported.

An investigation is underway, police said, to confirm whether the bridge jumper and body are related.

“We’re trying to link it together,” police said.
