A woman was arrested for assault after attacking a man July 4 at 2:30 p.m. in her 250 W. 63rd St. and West End Avenue apartment. Police said Myra Askew and the man were arguing when the 51-year-old woman cut him on the side of his chest with a knife. According to police, Askew threatened
