Rodneyse Bichotte, a district leader in Brooklyn, is seriously considering a primary run against longtime Democratic Assemblywoman Rhoda Jacobs, according to Brooklyn sources, and recently registered a campaign committee for the seat. Threatening Letter Sent to NYC Council Members' Offices
