Bronx Man Robs 9-Year-Old Boy, Latest in String of Thefts Against Children

One 9-year-old Bronx boy is sure to be traumatized for awhile following an incident last Wednesday. One Day, Two Robberies

A man was arrested after his second robbery in the span of minutes. Police said that March 7 at 8:38 p.m., William Perry, 52, tried to steal a full tip jar from Screme Gelato Bar, at 2030 Broadway and West 70th Street. The owner followed Perry as he fled into a nearby Food Emporium supermarket.

City Pharmacies Robbed

Police are searching for suspects who they say have robbed eight pharmacies in Manhattan, Queens and Brooklyn.
