An 87-year-old man was mugged March 31 at 2:11 p.m., after he finished grocery shopping. Police said that assailant David Simmon, 47, started shaking the elderly Upper West Side man on the northwest corner of West 68th Street and Broadway. Subway Kiosk Assault

Two men mugged and assaulted a subway kiosk employee. Police said that at 6:45 a.m., Jan. 7, a man approached the employee manning the platform kiosk, at the West 66th Street 1 stop, and asked for a pack of cigarettes.
