Out-of-State Politicians Rake in Donations in NY

U.S. Sen. Robert Menendez represents New Jersey, but he’s raked in over a million dollars across the border in New York. The Democratic senator, who launched his re-election bid this week, has received $1.15 million in campaign contributions from his New York neighbors, almost twice as much as any other out-of-state House or Senate candidate.
