City Council Member Dan Garodnick with awardees Charles Biada, National Academy Museum & School, and Jane Stageberg, Bade Stageberg Cox Architecture. Honoring those seeking to restore, renovate and protect the historic qualities of the Upper East Side is the full-time job of the Friends of the Upper East Side Historic Districts.
