ANSONIA LEFT OUT OF CENSUS DATABASE

One of the Upper West Side’s most well known, architecturally significant buildings, the Ansonia, does not even exist, according to the Census Bureau. On April 1, NY1 reported that residents of the 17-story, approximately 450,000-square-foot building, at 2109 Broadway between West 73rd and 74th streets, never received a census form because of a mailing error.

STUDENTS CENSUS HELP

The City University of New York is helping out with the 2010 U.S. census count by providing training space and connecting students and staffers with census jobs.
