<p><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">The Parade of Illuminations kicks off the 8th Annual PEN World Voices Festival of International Literature. During the procession, participants of all ages can capture pieces of text out of the air to represent the fleeting sense of literature in our technology-centric world. Kids will love the huge, animated puppets! </span></p>
