    Though she won a Tony, I was not a big fan of Scarlett Johansson in Arthur Miller’s View From the Bridge. Can she redeem herself in another revival, Tennessee Williams’ Cat on a Hot Tin Roof?

  • Bobby Cannavale has a few more weeks left in Glengarry Glen Ross. But fear not: He will be back later this spring in a revival of Clifford Odets’ The Big Knife.
  • Tom Hanks makes his Broadway debut as real-life journalist Mike McAlary in Lucky Guy—the last project worked on by Nora Ephron.
  • Matilda, a musical adaptation of the Roald Dahl book, swept the Oliviers in London last year. Can it be as big a hit stateside?
  • Laurie Metcalf is one of the greatest actresses of her generation, but despite three Emmys, is often overlooked. Perhaps her performance as a scientist battling mental illness in The Other Place can put a stop to that.
