Suzyn Waldman Will Miss Joe Torre

In case you haven't heard it yet, here is the audio of WCBS 880 New York Yankees broadcaster Suzyn Waldman breaking down and crying after Joe Torre's postgame press conference Monday night, a press conference that will probably be Torre's final act as Yankee manager.

The pretense of objectivity is gone forever for Waldman, though I doubt anyone ever considered her to be anything but a Yankee homer. And if you didn't, chances are you changed your mind over the summer, following her, ahem, [enthusiastic Roger Clemens outburst].
