Hello Susan: What a pleasure to read about you this morning. Our brief association goes back to the early days for both of us - Hoke, the Customs House and Villard Mansions. After Hoke, I founded the literary agency, James Peter Associates, Inc., which I ran for for thirty years. I'm the author, coauthor and ghostwriter of forty two books. My son, Jim, is director of public affairs for McGraw-Hill and my wife still paints. Sixty-four isn't old, Susan. I'm 80 and still write at least one book a year.

You have a big job on your hands, but from what I can see you can do it and you will, I'm sure, love every minute of it.

Best from here,

Bert
