At 1 a.m. on the morning of Saturday, April 20, a 30-year-old woman was walking down E. 83rd St. about one block from her apartment building, when an unknown perpetrator jostled her and kept walking. The woman stated that her bag was open at the time, and she discovered that items had been removed. These included $130 in cash, her driver's license and student ID, plus a variety of debit and credit cards. Fortunately, no unauthorized charges had appeared on her credit or debit card accounts. No arrests have been made.
