Written by NYPress on . Posted in News Our Town, Our Town.

Late in the afternoon of Sunday, June 2, a 39-year-old woman was walking eastbound on 91st Street when one of three young men, a 16-year-old, stepped in front of her, shoved her with his body, and took her phone. The young man fled on foot, heading westbound on 91st Street. His two friends did not know he had taken her phone, but when she told them, they ran westbound on 91st Street as well. Police searched the area but were unable to locate the phone or the young phone felon. The stolen cell was an iPhone 5 valued at $600.
