Stolen Identity

By [Dan Rivoli] A 57-year-old woman was a victim of identity theft. The woman, who lives on East 85th Street, reported to police April 23 that someone had opened an HSBC credit card in her name earlier in the month. She never received a card, but was sent a $1,890 bill.
