Sexual Assault in Building Vestibule

a 48-year-old man was arrested and charged with forcible touching. police said that at 12:25 a.m., jan. 30, john zaubler was running naked through the public hallway of an apartment building at west 82nd street and central park west. he approached a 39-year-old woman in the building's vestibule and put his arm around her midsection, squeezing and rubbing against her.
