Sex Crimes Galore, & It's Only Wednesday
There must be something about hot weather that makes sex pervs come out in droves, because the city has seen a surge in sickos over the past few days:
Early this morning, a 20-year-old woman was [sexually assaulted in the East Village]. Police say a man grabbed her from behind as she walked down East Ninth Street, groped her and then fled the scene. On Monday evening, a [4-year-old girl was abducted](http://www.nysun.com/article/58589) from in front of her home in the Boro Park, Brooklyn neighborhood, forced into a car and sexually assaulted. She was found two hours later, wandering alone, nearly 10 blocks from her home. Paul Hinkley, the founder of a Manhattan engineering consultant business, was arrested Monday for allegedly trying to arrange a glorious threesome with someone he thought was an [11-year-old girl and her mother](http://ny.metro.us/metro/local/article/Man_sought_sex_with_girl_and_her_mother_feds_say/9366.html); the pair were actually undercover police officers. Authorities found rope, condoms, Viagra and an enema bottle in Hinkleys car. Four [men masquerading as cops](http://www.1010wins.com/pages/689135.php?contentType=4&contentId=695466) invaded a Yonkers apartment Monday and molested a 30-year-old woman as a male tenant was held on the floor at gunpoint. The men also ransacked the apartment, stealing a laptop, diamond ring and other valuables.
