This guy says he has a Triumph, but he must be a dabbler. He writes in the sweeping generalities that characterize many others of his ilk. I wonder what he’d make of this 50+ bike mechanic who rides an 18-year-old 900ss that sure as hell didn’t cost $20K.

And we’re not all guys. I’m 60 and I work for a not-for-profit that pays near poverty wages. I’ve used the space to turn a $1500, salvage-titled sportbike into a track-only race bike and paying $200 a month for the privilege is a huge sacrifice that I’ve been willing to make because I love riding motorcycles, plain and simple. That’s part of the spirit of Ryders Alley too.
