		<description><![CDATA[Hello Smriti,&lt;br&gt;Nice article and I mostly concur with the market observations. However I’m not too sure about things “tightening” up in the spring. Overall the next two quarters are expected to remain basically stable while the last two quarters in 2010 are in some question. Worries are that continued high unemployment and the threat of inflation will keep the market flat. &lt;br&gt;The high inventory levels we see now will not be dramatically reduced due to the overall economic conditions and a much less than normal influx of out of town career seekers.&lt;br&gt;From my point of view renters can take their time, the good, or at least better than average deals aren’t going away so soon.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Chris A.
