Even though [New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin feels a bit competitive with his tragedy-enduring counterparts here ][in NYC], others are more empathetic. [An exhibit titled “Floodwall” opened today and will be on display at the Liberty Street Bridge overlooking the World Trade Center site](http://www.phillyburbs.com/pb-dyn/news/1-01112007-1046054.html) through Feb.9. It consists of 350 of the 700 drawers artist Jana Napoli, 60, recovered from the flooded streets after Hurricane Katrina, many stilled filled with their sodden remains. Napoli is a New Orleans resident who refused to leave her 92-year-old mother there during the hurricane. Before 9/11, the Liberty Street Bridge connected the trade center to the World Financial Center over the West Side Highway. Now it offers a direct view of Ground Zero, and all the construction currently taking place there.
