Queens Kid w/ Warped Sense Of Humor

Yesterday, [a Queens kid] plastered the walls of his high school with leaflets reading, “You think [Virginia Tech](http://www.cnn.com/SPECIALS/2007/virginiatech.shootings/) was bad? Just wait for MCHS prom … unlike Virginia Tech, there won't be any injured. I will get the job done,” signed Tag. The threats were found around 3 p.m. in the computer labs at Middle College HS in Long Island City, where they also seem to have been printed.

The student, senior Michael DiGiovanni, was discovered and escorted from English class later that day. DiGiovanni, 17, was charged with making [a false report on school grounds] and aggravated harassment. Fellow senior Miguel Gonzalez, 17, told the New York Post, “He’s the funniest kid in school. I just hope he doesn’t get in trouble.” Aw, so sweet to worry about the would-be psychopath’s wellbeing. Melissa Jeanty, 18, said DiGiovanni “is always joking around. He probably didn't think anyone would find it.” Riiight, that’s why he plastered the walls with his leaflets for all to see. Apparently, DiGiovanni has never heard the phrase, “too soon.”
