Phone Snatching

a woman had the phone taken right out of her hand at 12:15 p.m., march 15. the 43-year-old upper manhattan woman told police that she was walking on west 86th street between columbus avenue and central park west when a man approached her from behind and grabbed her $200 iphone. she said the mugger ran west on west 86th street with two other men. isaias cespedes, 18, was later arrested and charged with grand larceny.
