Parking Problem

A customer picked up his car from a garage on East 95th Street and left without paying. At 12:35 AM on Thursday, July 4, the customer returned to the parking garage where he had left his car, found the ignition keys in his car and took off without paying the attendant. The attendant, a 47-year-old man, did not see the customer's full license plate number but managed to catch the last four digits: 2839.
