What could be better than winning an Oscar? How about being honored by a Congressional resolution!

Bronx/ Westchester/ Rockland Democrat Rep. Eliot Engel has introduced a House resolution designed to honor former Vice President Al Gore, for his work on climate change, in the wake of an Oscar victory for his documentary film "An Inconvenient Truth."
