NY Primary Date Changed

Today Governor Eliot Spitzer signed into law a bill moving the State's presidential primary election up to February 5, a move that will give a boost to any candidates from New York (ahem, Hillary, Rudy) a hefty number of delegates on what is quickly becoming the big day of the presidential calendar, with 12 states already planning their primary for the day and 12 more considering the move.
