Numbers Worse For Spitzer On License Plan

A new Zogby poll finds that even more New York voters are lining up
against Eliot Spitzer’s proposal to give drivers’ licenses to illegal
immigrants.

Zogby now reports that 65% of New Yorkers oppose the plan, an increase
from 58% earlier this month. The plan is opposed by 47% of Democrats
and a whopping 92% of state Republicans.
