Next WTC Tower Revealed

Last week,  [we told you] about JP Morgan Chase’s $300 million deal to construct a new 42-story tower at the World Trade Center site. Today, the Port Authority revealed [preliminary sketches of the design](http://ny.metro.us/metro/local/article/New_Chase_building_revealed/9099.html), which includes seven 60,000-foot cantilevered floors for trading. The [New York Post](http://www.nypost.com/seven/06222007/news/columnists/what_a_zero__columnists_steve_cuozzo.htm) tore the plan to shreds, calling it a “hideous, beer belly tower,” but we kind of like it.
