Streaking, that old pastime where folks show all their bits and pieces that are typically concealed by clothing (and for good reason, I might add), is alive and well in New York City. At about 1 p.m. yesterday, a man ran down [14th street and through Union Square] in the buff, grumbling something in English and Spanish. After receiving several calls, police responded to the incident, finding Christian LaChapelle, 29, in all his glory. After about 15 minutes of experiencing what we can only imagine was a deer-in-the-headlights effect, cops Maced him. He was subsequently taken to Bellevue Hospital where, we assume, he was given a gown.
