another motorcycle was lifted off central park west july 12-at least the fourth theft since april. and that is without counting similar thefts across the park on the upper east side.

the latest theft occurred july 12. the 56-year-old owner parked his motorcycle in front of 65 central park west near west 66th street, which is 18 blocks from his central park west apartment. the next morning, his 1985 black harley davidson fxst, which was parked between two cars, was missing.
