Mishka Shubaly Doesn’t Want to Feel Like a Loser When He Plays the Mercury Lounge Tonight

Maybe you remember Mishka Shubaly‘s whacked out dreams on Opana. Or perhaps you prefer to remember him as some obnoxious New Yorker taunting the bands at SXSW. But it’s time to get to know the man, not the myth, and since he’s play Mercury Lounge tonight (a Monday), it allows for a whole lot of mmmm alliteration. And don’t we all love that? Have a listen to Mishka on MySpace if you don’t want to take my word for it. He got laid off last week, so believe him when he asks: "Please please come out so the folks at Mercury don’t think I’m a total loser."
