While every other elected official, and even candidates, were daily informing downtowners of the latest relief and emergency efforts, Chin did not send a single email to constituents from Sunday, October 28, when she emailed a warning of the incoming storm (as every media outlet was reporting) and not another one till Tuesday, November 6, a week after it was over.

People claim her real name is actually Mia Chin = Missing In Action Chin.
