Man Arrested for UWS Car Break-Ins

apollo velazquez was arrested aug. 26 for a string of car break-ins on west 84th street. the 30-year-old bronx man was picked up at 2 a.m. breaking into a car. he was found with a magellan roadmate, a gps system. velazquez had a slew of prior arrests for petty larceny and car break-ins.
