LIBRARY TO REOPEN

    a reopening ceremony for the st. agnes branch of the new york public library is scheduled for feb. 11.

    "the renovation is now complete," said library manager margaret willis. "the project lasted over two years at a cost of $9.1 million."

    the building has a new elevator and exterior ramp. the revamped facility, at 444 amsterdam ave., will include a children's reading room equipped with 12 computers on the first floor, an adult/young adult reading room on the second floor and a "center for reading and writing" learning lab and community center on the third floor.
