Lavelle Hospitalized After Stroke

The Staten Island Advance reports that Staten Island Assemblyman John Lavelle, who also serves as the county’s Democratic chairman, has been hospitalized following a serious stroke last night.

Lavelle is a good man and a staple of his West Brighton neighborhood (I am a former constituent), and we wish him all the best.
